The Encore Performance Company is a non-competitive company that showcases our students’ talent in a wide variety of venues. Past performances have included local nursing homes, the Harrisburg Christmas Craft Show, a fund-raising show for S. June Smith Center, and Royal Caribbean Cruise Line. Our performance company gives dedicated dancers an opportunity to develop adaptability, give back to our community through dance, and experience being part of a team.
Auditions are held in the spring by invitation. Selection is typically based on the work ethic, consistent attendance and level of skill shown in class. To be considered, students must be at least 8 years old by the end of the school year, age-appropriately proficient in ballet, tap and jazz and enrolled in all three classes.
