Twinkle Star

What is Twinkle Star?

A first dance experience designed to be fun and engaging for two- year old’s. Activities in ballet and tap will improve both fine and gross motor skills. Concepts of rhythm and basic tap steps lay the basis for later extensive study of tap dance and “Twinkle Bear” will help our dancers learn some of their basic ballet steps. This fun and energetic class is a great way to introduce your child to dance in a safe and nurturing environment.
Twinkle Stars will hold their year-end performance at the studio the first weekend in June. Performing in a familiar and safe environment makes their first performance experience a positive one for everyone!

What to Wear for Twinkle Star

• Pink leotard with attached tutu
• Pink tights
• Pink ballet slippers
• Silver sparkle, black sparkle or black patent leather tap shoes
• Hair should be pulled back away from face and neck
• If possible, bun and ponytail preferred

CLASS LENGTH – 30 minutes and meets once a week.

Broadway Baby

What is Broadway Baby

Broadway Baby is a creative movement and rhythm class and is designed to be fun and engaging for 3-year old’s. Your dancer will be introduced to ballet and tap while developing fine and gross motor skills. This class offers the opportunity of self-expression as well as memorization of movement patterns. Monthly goals and objectives provide structure for learning.

Broadway Babies will hold their year-end performance at the studio the second weekend in June. Performing in a familiar and safe environment makes their performance experience a positive one for everyone!

• Pink tights
• Pink ballet slippers

Shining Star

What is Shining Star

Shining Star is a creative movement and rhythm class designed for 4-year old’s. This program builds off the activities performed in the Broadway Baby program. Students will be challenged to become more expressive in their movement and will begin to memorize choreography. As always with our preschoolers, our goal is to provide a fun, as well as educational experience and to inspire a love for the art of dance within each student.

Our Shining Stars participate in our annual recital held at the end of June.
