Studio News You Should Know
We are offering some exciting dance camps and dance intensives this summer! More detailed information & registration is available at the front desk. Remember to register early — there are a limited amount of spots available!
We will also be offering dance class sessions over the summer, as well as some new programs during July & August. Keep an eye out for that schedule — it will be out soon!
On February 2nd, Encore Dance Center, in collaboration with Millersville University and Excentia/S. June Smith, presented Be the Change and we are so proud and excited to announce that we raised $8,520.15! Thank you to everyone who participated, whether it was attending the show, participating in the raffles, purchasing a pop socket, etc. YOU helped us make a difference in the lives of so many children and families!
All costume orders have been placed for our 2019 production “It’s Showtime!” on June 21st, 22nd, and 23rd. The costumes have already started to arrive and trying on the costumes is always one of our favorite things about the dance season! A few reminders before we start to bring in costumes…
Costume balances are due by March 5th. If your costume balance is not paid by then, your dancer will not be allowed to take home their costume until the balance is paid.
There are no refunds on costumes!
The deadline to order additional pairs of tights is May 6th. Order forms are available at the front desk!

Reminders!
When road conditions are questionable, you can call the studio at (717) 569-1828 or check our Facebook, Instagram, website (www.encoredance.net), or check your email to see if the studio is closed. Please note that we do not always follow school cancellations because road conditions can change by the afternoon/evening. All classes cancelled due to bad weather can be made up using the make-up schedule we provide.
If there are any changes to your auto pay, please notify us ASAP to avoid a $30.00 fee! We need to be notified before the 1st of the month.
News & Updates
On January 12th and 13th, our Performance Company members participated in “Flow40”, an in-studio convention! Our younger EPC had a mini-convention of their own, for graduates of DeSales University’s Dance Department came and taught them a variety of classes! It was an awesome weekend and as always, our dancers made us so proud!
