Costumes Are Arriving…
Over holiday break, we ordered costumes and have started to work on choreography for our June recitals! Although it’s six months away, it will fly by!
You will be receiving your costume balance shortly. If you have any questions about your costume bill or believe an error was made, please notify us immediately! We are happy to help.
If you believe a costume was missed, please check with your instructor, as well as the front desk staff. We will make sure it is taken care of the best we can.
A reminder that as a part of your recital participation fee, you will be receiving a recital t-shirt and one pair of tights for your dancer. Any additional tights can be purchased at the front desk!
National Honor Society of Dance Arts – New Project!
As you may have heard, Encore is now an official chapter of the National Honor Society for Dance Arts!
NHSDA celebrates the artistic merit, leadership, and academic achievements of exceptional dance students. NHSDA fosters an appreciation for dance as a true art form and one worthy of recognition and prestige. Our NHSDA students will strive to give back to the community through service, education, and leadership.
For their next project – our NHSDA students will be assembling hygiene kits to donate to local women in need.
Some items needed include toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, deodorant, wet wipes, socks, lip balm, feminine hygiene products, hand sanitizer, and snacks.
If you think of additional items that would be helpful, please feel free to include them in your donation.
A collection box will be placed in the studio lobby to receive donations. A studio-wide email will be sent to Encore families to help support this cause.
