Class Changes

If you need to add or drop classes to your dancer’s schedule, please stop by the front desk and complete the change class form as soon as possible!

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

• Costume measurements for Holiday Show begin the week of 9/15
• Holiday Show/Event fee of $85.00 will be processed automatically on 9/22 – this includes one (1) costume
• Holiday Show Date: Saturday, December 13th at Leffler Chapel (Elizabethtown College)
• Please make sure you are receiving emails from Encore! This is how you will receive show information, monthly statements for autopay, and other important information.
• Teachers will start measuring students for their holiday show costumes starting Monday, September 15th.

• Thursday, June 11th – MANDATORY Ballet Dress Rehearsal @ Leffler Chapel (2x/week Ballet classes & Pointe classes)
• Friday, June 12th – Ballet Production @ Leffler Chapel (2x/week Ballet classes & Pointe classes)
• Saturday, June 13th – Recital for Preschool & Elementary Dancers @ Leffler Chapel
• Friday, June 19th – MANDATORY Dress Rehearsal for Pre-teen, Teen & Adult Dancers @ Hempfield High School
• Saturday, June 20th – Recital for Pre-teen, Teen & Adult Dancers @ Hempfield High School
